I'm hearing a high pitched ringing noise coming from one part of my computer, and it's very easy to move to one side of my PC and hear the noise, while there's apparently no noise on the other side, as I move my head closer to the back of my pc, the noise becomes louder. This makes it nearly impossible for me to tell whether or not this is the cause of the Motherboard or the Power supply. When restarting my pc, the noise only comes after Bios finishes, and I can assume when Windows starts, however. Help would be appreciated very much!

If I knew how to delete posts I would. This was simply an issue with my PC opening some kind of "Microphone" Audio, which plays a high frequency squeal very loudly into my head phones.

You mentioned you wanted to delete the post because it was a microphone issue.

I keep my microphone off at all times unless I'm using it, try and turn it off and see if that fixes the problem.
