Recently, I dropped my phone into toilet. It soaked salt water and I quickly disassembly it as soon as I took it out. I use a hair dryer to dry the motherboards. I also used 70% isopropyl alcohol and used toothbrush dip some alcohol then brush it. After I finished, I clean the toothbrush and spray some wd 40 on it then brush rhe board to clear the board. I booted up sucessfully after repair but many moisture under the screen. Also the board was hot(hotspot is above the battery). I quickly turn it off and put it into dehumidifier. Up to now half of the moisture was gone but the hot issue still not fix. Should I consider to give it a alcohol bath(I will get a 99% isopropyl alcohol for doing so)
Can my G2 be revived if undergo alcohol bath?
Big thanks to anyone who answear my question and sorry for bad English cause I am Chinese

At first I didn't google for solution. Just using my knowledge base to try to repair. Maybe this make things even worse. But after I google then I found I was wrong. This is my first time I encounter this problem.

I have never saw smartphones thermal compound but I am not sure whether those rough grey stuff(but they are not stick on the motherboard before I clean it) are thermal compound.
