there used to be an option to add features to windows. now there is only the option to apply a product key. I'd like to add windows media center to my surface pro 3 by means of paying the $10 to activate it, but it seems like this is no longer an option. can I purchase this product key somewhere else and apply it? is there a different way to add this feature now?
