Hallo Clever People

I'm building a system, and everything worked fine. After tiding up my case, the Asus MB will not see any Sata drives anymore. Is does see the BD drive in any sata slot, but my SSD's and HDD not.. I'm perplexed, any chance
the motherboard can blow the SATA module?

Thanks

The rig looks like this:
Cosmos ii Case
i7 Skylake 6700K 4.0
Asus Extreme Viii Formula
64 Gb Corsair Dominator DD4 3200
Corsair AX1500i Platinum modular PSU
m.2 Samsun 950 Pro 512 (Still working perfect)
Samsung Pro 1Tb SSD (Now not seen)
WD Black 4tb (Now not seen)
ROG Front Base
GTX 980 Ti Strix to come, but not yet installed

1| You didn't include your OS for the system.
2| Have you tried disconnecting everything and having only your BOOT drive on the first SATA port that comes native from the chipset(not a third party storage controller/black)?
3| According to your manual, pages 1-38 +1-47, when using an M.2 drive the SATA express ports will be disabled. In essence you should have the rest of your SATA storage drives on ports 5 and 6. The BD drive can go on the ASMedia controoler ports(black).
