tons of Background processes running!?

The following are screen shots from the task manager. I just upgraded to windows 10 and everything seems to be a little slow. Opened task manager and processes and saw all of the following. Are these necessary, or did I do something wrong?

Let me know, goggle chrome is very slow as well

It's quite normal to have many background processes. From my experience, a clean install of Windows will usually have ~60 processes. The more programs you have, the more likely you are to have more background processes. A lot of the ones you have are fairly common to see in the process list.

When I upgraded to Windows 10, it was also sluggish for me, however after a few updates had installed, it went away so they may have fixed the problem. I'd suggest getting to Windows updates and check for them, let it do its thing and a day or two later it should be fine :)
