Unable to install Windows 7 in MSI 945GZM6-F

I am unable to install Windows 7 (32 bit) in my hardware
Motherboard - MSI 945GZM6-F
CPU - Pentium D
RAM - 2 GB DDR2
Please suggest.

Exact problem - After complete format and install (phase 1) of Win7 (32 bit), the first boot (phase 2) stuck with a black screen.

Check MB documentation - see if they have a procedure for installing win7. The drivers you need for chipset may not be in win distribution you are loading.

Some of my early win7 installs required a BIOS update -- win7 used BIOS functions that XP did not. So also get on the most recent BIOS avail for the MB.

If you want more help suggest you give details, message, beeps, whats on teh screen, what the bios says.
