Will all of these parts work if i put them in my Inspiron 570?

According to your product specifications yes the processor will be compatible with your motherboard though a BIOS update may be mandatory and due to the architecture+technology of the time, you'd need to update your BIOS while you're running on your older CPU.

The next point of concern would be your GPU, it'll suffer from a massive bottleneck in your GPU's performance due tot he CPU's limited bandwidth capability/speed. Even if you went with a GTX750Ti, you'd yet see a bottleneck. Furthermore the PCI-E x16 slot is version 2.0 due to your chipset and no upgrading the ram to it's maximum 8GB's(4x2GB kit) at 1066MHz will not alleviate the bottleneck.

The PSU is compatible though it doesn't look reliable. It'd have...

Unless you're picking the aforementioned parts up for almost nothing or are hand me down's I'd suggest not moving with any more expenses on this system. Rather, save the amount or start building a new system on a gradual basis. Depending on your budget, you could build one now or sooner down the road.
