I know this is expensive but I prefer the settings on games like Arma 3, DayZ Standalone, H1Z1, and other huge open world games to run a smooth 60+ fps on ultra/high settings. It might be good to mention that I edit video very intensely for youtube.
If there are other parts that are cheaper and will get the job done please let me know.
