New PSU SSD Works HDD doesnt

I upgraded my PSU from a Corsair CX600M to a EVGA 850W G2 and my 1TB HDD won't show. My windows is installed in my SDD which loads up just fine, but my HDD isn't being detected. Everything worked fine before the switch and I can't seem to figure out what the problem could be.

I tried loading an older HDD of mine and it doesn't seem to detect that either.

Yes. I've even tried giving it it's own separate cable. Normally I link them with the same cable, but I've tried both ways and nothing.

I think I've done basic troubleshooting. I'm not sure if there's any settings I need to change since I got a higher Watt PSU? I highly doubt that, but I'm not sure.

The only drive that's detected is the SSD. I'm starting to think the HDD may have fried? If so, I'm not sure how. I just tried it on another computer it didn't show up either.

My older HDD just loaded up right now. It's weird though because I have to restart the computer for it to show up in windows.
