Graphics card Spin to fast and games run to slow

A couple of months ago my pc started to crash while playing a game(gpu fans spin really fast and no signal to the monitor). So i Cleaned my Graphics card with a Brush. But when i start game the Gpu fans spins really fast and my game is really slow. Like F1 2012 i had 60fps(easily) on highest settings as possible. and now 32fps on lowest setting as possible. i cleaned all the dust. anyone has an idea?

Phenom II X6 1090t
10gb Ram
600gb harddrive

Can you post your gpu temps?
Also what psu are you using?

With Gta V i had 65 °C i Remember and im using a 600 watt coolermaster psu im gonna try now if i can play game.

I solved it. i replaced The Thermal Paste. and now its running normal again.
