PC Gaming Desktop - Help Needed

I am wanting to build a gaming desktop, but I am completely confused wih what I should be going for. Any help that can be given would be greatly appreciated.

Budget: $1000

Main Goal: To play Overwatch on maximum settings wih no problems at a competitive level.

Preferred Chipset: AMD, but if there is another that would be better, that would work.

Peripherals Needed: Monitor, Headset with mic, and Mouse (preferably with a number pad on the side, but as long as. I have a few buttons on the side it's fine)

Okay, I REALLY don't wanna be rude, so please excuse me, but are you legitimately stupid?

1.) If you actually read my part list, you would've seen this. A 3.5 Ghz quad core is NOT faster than a 4 Ghz octa core, even if it is newer. Not to mention, he asked for an AMD chip.

2.) There is absolutely NO reason to drop $317 on a GPU when he's gonna be playing OVERWATCH. 4 Gbs is MORE than enough to run Overwatch at 1080p. Also, I cut back the price on the GPU a little bit so that if he ever wanted too, he could upgrade the GPU, without having to upgrade the CPU.

Have you been living under a rock? the i5 will wipe the floor with that fx. and why would you want to get a gpu you HAVE to upgrade after a year and i'm not gonna even start with how a 370 will NOT run overwatch at constant 60fps at max settings. please go educate yourself before you come speak shit with people more intelligent than you.
