hm sure you are using the right pins? maybe the jumper was damaged? mabe you got one just like it on an old hardrive you could check with?
im gonna add, maybe if, it wont work, you could just try to jolt it ot get it to work. like, as you know last ditch effort, you know like sometimes, the board, needs jumped anyway, for some reason.. maybe, you know you could, jolt it, like by when its on just jerk the cord from the wall, flick the power switch while it comes on, y know if the thing completely wont work. sometimes, when something happens to the computer, it needs jumped. my cmoputer the other day, i changed the case, and after the computer stpped booting up. i dint remove anythign. well, i looked over my mb, and one resistor...

I would, do somethign.. to it to try to get it to jump, so it would need jumped.
SEems like it wont jump or something. I dont know what couldof ahppened to hurt it.
