Recently google.com has started showing me an error when I log on to it. I usually use Google Chrome, and when this was happening for a while, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome but had no luck with it.
I then tried loading google.com in other Firefox and Internet Explorer, but it didn't load either.
In Firefox I get this message:

"www.google.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided.

(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)"

I tried resetting Internet Explorer to default settings and when I restarted the computer google.com worked at first, but stopped when I opened Firefox. This happened once or twice, but now it seems to come straight to the error message.

I read that I can download a certificates list from Microsoft.com through the Microsoft Update Catalog, but the only thing my search turned up were updates for Windows 2000.
It's not a date/time error. They are correct.

I hope I'm posting this in the right place, since it's Windows 7 related.

Your current time, date and year set on your computer are set wrong.

The cause is usually because its been set wrong by the user.
Or that the motherboard you are using is a few years old.

And the cmos backup battery is low on power, or has completely run out of power and it needs to be replaced with a new cmos backup battery coin cell.

CR 2032.

If you look at your time and date, plus the year setting on windows desktop.
Right click on it and set the right time, day, month and year.

And the invalid certificate error will go away when you browse a web page.

Change the cmos battery on the motherboard as when you shut down your system, or power it off the time, date and year will reset till you do.

The battery keeps the real time clock of the cmos powered when the system is turned off to retain the correct time date and year.

Because it is wrong is why you get the error message in chrome or firefox when using them.

That is how you fix the problem you are having when browsing Palador.

Google Chrome give me this error:

"Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.google.com.ng (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
Subject: *.google.com.ng
Issuer: Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal Root Certificate
Expires on: Jun 30, 2016
Current date: Apr 24, 2016"

I am running Kaspersky Internet Security

Okay, I discovered that closing Kaspersky Internet Security allows Google to run normally. Of course, this is not an option for me. Does anyone here know a fix for this? I could take it to the Kaspersky forums, but I've always found tomshardware to be more helpful and worth my time. :)
