Hello community I wanted to ask your recommendations to build my new computer for the games that are coming, I now have the following pc

CPU AMD PHENOM II X6 1055T 2.8GHZ
GPU NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 460 1GB
RAM CORSAIR 1X8GB 1600 MHZ
PSU SENTEY 700W ERP 700-SS
MOTHER GIGABYTE GA-880GM-UD2H
MONITOR LG W2363D FULL HD 1080P
HDD WD BLUE 1T deposit
HDD WD BLUE 500GB principal

And this is what I bought:
CPU intel i5 6600 3.6ghz
MOTHER Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3
GPU
RAM
PSU
MONITOR LG W2363D FULL HD 1080P
HDD WD BLUE 1T Principal
HDD WD BLUE 1T Deposit

the monitor will be the same, I have no intention of gaming in 4k
the HDD I have for princial I will change to a new one.
I thought one PSU of 750w Seasonic m12 evo,
16gb memory a 2x8gb or one of 16gb and then another 16gb
and the video card'll buy a gtx960 or gtx970 or one pascal can be 1070 or 1060'll wait until they come out if They are very expensive I go for the 900 cheaper and if they are the same price I have the latest technology it is a win-win

want your recommendations and advice thanks! ;)

PS: what part do i need to buy first?

PS2: what price do you think i can ask for mi old hardware?

Solution
A 520 watt Seasonic would be more than sufficient for use with the GTX 970. Pascal cards should be even more power efficient. Consider the 750 watt if you intend to SLI at some point. 2 x 8 GB's of RAM will be plenty for gaming well into the foreseeable future, but use 3000/3200 speed. It's not much more expensive, and some games will benefit. Get the RAM and power supply first, you can use the onboard graphics if you decide to wait for Pascal. Check Ebay to see what the components are selling for, it should give you a good idea of what you can get.
