yes it is good, the ram is 1600mhz and the board is only 1333, however the ram will just slow its clock down in order to meet the spec of the board. Keep in mind that board only supports up to 8gb ram.

Yes it would, that is an interesting board as it has 4 DIMM slots, 2 of them DDR2, 2 of them DDR3, and the ram you linked is DDR3 so just check the motherboard manual to see which slots they go into, or just visually line it up and see which one is the correct one as the 2 slots are physically different in there insertion interface.

I was just unsure about the mhz of the ram supported by my motherboard.
