Looking for some computer building advice

So I am trying to build my own pc. My budget is about 550 dollars( I live in Europe, so that's about 500 euros) and I DONT want to play games that are super fancy like witcher 3 or quantum break on ultra. However I would like to be able to play a few, maybe fallout 4 or something on at least medium-low.done some research and came up with this:
-AMD-FX-6350 3.9ghz 6-core processor
-cooler master hyper 212 evo 82.9 cfm sleeve bearing cpu cooler
-Msi 970 gaming atx am3+ motherboard
-corsair vengeance 8gb (2 times 4) DDR3-1600 memory
-western digital caviar blue 1tb 3.5" 7200 rpm internal hard drive
-Msi GeForce gtx 960 4gb video card
-thermaltake vl80001w2z atx mid tower case
- evga 600w 80+ certified atx power supply.
Any help whatsoever is appreciated, thanks!
Ps: the case is pretty bad so if you have any recommendations that'd be great, and I don't know if everything goes together but I think it does.

Over budget, but it will be worth it. The AMD chips are over 4 years old and aren't good for gaming.

The i3 is the better buy for what your doing and has a clear path for a upgrade in the future.

Will I be able to over clock all that? If so, won't I need a fan, and the power supply seems a bit too much because I read that you only really need 500w..... But I am a noob so I'm not sure

That PSU is standard, good for future upgrades too. High GHz always don't mean it's better, strong single core performance is good in gaming. You can't overclock it, its a locked processor. 2GB ram? I gave 8gb, I think you are talking about the vram. Which resolution?

About the 2gb I was reading the wrong thing.
Will I need a fan even if I can't over clock of does it already come with one?
If I can't over clock then will it still be good enough to run at good framerates on fairly good graphics?

Resolutionwise I don't really know what a good resolution is but I'd say 1080 by 1920 maybe? I don't really know if what I'm saying is completely unrealistic...

I just looked it up and 1080 by 1920 is really high. I'd like to get a good and cheap monitor about 24 inches to go with the computer if that helps

The processor comes with a stock cooler. It is 1920x1080 resolution. Go for the build I have given above.

It can be OCed to an extent of few 100Mhz. And you need a Z170 mobo.
