Hi,
Recently my PC has been very slow (like moving the Task Manager window) I have reinstalled Windows, but it still crashes and in the BIOS it "draws in" the BIOS logo. So is it the GPU or PSU?
And while using the Integrated Intel Graphics none of this happens.
Specs:
CPU: Intel i5-4590
RAM: 8GB Single Stick 1600MHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7700
PSU: Unknown brand 500W

Solution
could be both, the 7700 could be causing power issues with the psu giving it too much load, if its a cheap branded psu then its never a good idea to put parts in like that. but if its fine without the gpu, then its likely the gpu, the best way to test it, is lend a friends graphics card if you know any with one, try it in your pc and see if still occurs.
