my question is what cpu should i take,is there a big difference in fps?
currently i have pentium G2010 so i was thinking about selling my mobo and get fm2 for the same price.
i can take i3 2100 so i dont need to sell my mobo but is it good like these cpus up?

P.S.
Why sometimes on currently cpu(pentium g2010) i can run GTA V full hd on high settings and sometimes i run it on 800x600 and still gets lags..
gpu:r7 360

Updating mobo bios is different than installing new OS. Bios is the firmware of the motherboard which allows more compatibility to different cpus. All you have to do is search your mobo model no. and manufacturer name in google, go to your motherboard's website, go to support, then bios update, then download the latest bios for your motherboard (It will be a zip file with instructions and hardly 1mb size).
i5 2500 is faster than i5 2310. Unless you are having budget constraints and you are getting i5 2310 for a much lower price, you should go for i5 2500.

Get a used i3 2120 or used 2nd gen i5. Also buy a 8gb ddr3 ram stick. Total cost should be around 50$. Don't worry about used cpu's, but do ask the seller to send you a tested unit. I am guessing you have a budget of 100-150$. Use the remaining money to buy a ssd.

Should he test with OCCT?

The seller has proper tools to test whether the cpu is working or not. Plus cpus hardly die, unless somebody fries it by improper overclocking. And they will send you a unit without the cpu cooler, so you need to also buy a cheap cpu cooler (Intel cpus use less power and generate less heat, so any cpu cooler should suffice )

But why SSD?
I rather save up for better GPU

Hmm ok first I need to know you budget. I think if you are using a R7 360, the next gpu upgrade should be at least Gtx 960 4gb or R9 380 4gb. And they both cost between 180-210$. I would not recommend any graphics card below these. Since I don't know your exact budget, thats why I suggested a ssd. A ssd will give you a very better experience in your everyday computing than a normal hard drive.

If your mobo is compatible with ivy bridge and i5 3330 then go for it.Otherwise i5 2500 is pretty much ok.The best between these 3 cpus is the 4460 but its 1150 socket.

i5 2500 is faster than i5 3330, and i5 4460 is not supported by your motherboard. So i5 2500 is your best option and powerful enough to run games for next 3-4 years. Make sure you update your mobo bios before changing cpu. And also invest in a cheap but good cpu cooler like deepcool gammaxx 300 or 400.
R9 280x is a good gpu, but I still suggest you to buy either a R9 380 or Gtx 960 or better. They are faster and more efficient than a 280x. And also make sure you have a minimum 500 watt psu to power these components.
