over clocking i3-380m cpu

is it possible to overclocking i3-380m? please guide me through the process..and what would be the risk?

Laptops generally have bad cooling, but enough for stock settings, you oc that thing , it will get way hotter and possibly unstable. Power draw also goes up and those power supplies are only good for stock too. I would not recommend you do this

One fellow said this to someone here asking the same question on the same cpu....DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT IT...
You WILL either burn out the mobo or the cpu...there is NO leeway for cooling the heat generated by overclocking.....I own a Lappy repair company and we see the results of this a LOT.... and basically we have to explain that the laptop is too expensive to repair....and is only...
