Suggest a good gpu under 10000rs as on 2016

I am looking for a decent graphic card to play the modern demanding games like fallout 4, gta 5, battlefield 4

Asus r7 260x ddr5 1gb is priced 8000rs at amazon.in

Its a powerfull gpu and can play any of the demanding games

But when i watch out for customer reviews at new egg, i was totally shocked...- so many similar Complaints!!!

If anyone can claim that asus has fixed the card with some updates then i can spent my precious money.

Or just suggest some good gpu

Mobo- ecs h61-h2-m2
Ram - kingston hyperX 8gb 1600mhz
Psu - corsair vs 550
Display supports vga and dvi

Is radeon r7 250 ddr5 1gb good.?
Any best comparison for it ?
It comes for 7300rs at flipkart

Dude its a slow poison
Problems will rarely occur within 30days
And return policy is of 30 days only

And on other side
Abt 70% - 80% - customers had complaint.

I dont see a problem, my advice? just buy and be happy. if it fails after return period you can get it replaced by warranty.
i personally have used 3 generations of AMD cards and had no problem before.all 3 work even today.
