I want to upgrade to windows 10 . . . my laptop comes with home basic .... which version should i upgrade to ... windows 10 basic or windows 10 pro . . I have the key to upgrade from home basic to ultimate too ..

I have once upgrade to windows 10 pro . . in that case my laptop was completely heat up . . so i am thinking to upgrade to windows 10 basic . .

will windows 10 basic will heat my laptop to same effect as it was in the case of windows 10 pro ??


which will be better windows 10 basic or pro ?????


my laptop is VPCEH25EN SONY VAIO.

Check with Sony to see if they provide Windows 10 compatible drivers. If not, I recommend you stick with what you have because laptop parts are mostly proprietary, unlike desktops. A good no. of folks have upgraded laptops and found that things like touchpads and WiFi no longer work due to lack of needed drivers.

The version you get when you upgrade is determined by Microsoft. If you have the Home version, you get the Home version of 10. If you have the Pro version, you get the Pro version of 10.
