Where does my internal speaker connect to?

If you read the instruction manual (page 33), it goes where the front panel connectors are.

I understand that i need to plug it into the front panel area, but on the other end, there is a round cylinder. Where does that go?

That cylinder is the speaker and doesn't go anywhere, it just hangs off the motherboard as-is.
