I'm trying to connect my pc to my router with an Ethernet cable but having some issues. The internet is working fine on wifi, the ethernet cable lights up but is still not recognized by my PC, What do I need to install for it to work? I run Windows 7 64, tried so many things but they just create more problems 
any help? Keep in mind I know the basics of a PC but not in depth so keep it as simple as possible please, a lot of PC talk is like another language to me. Thank you!
