i took the ram out of my laptop while it was running and now it wont turn on

I was showing a friend what ram was and my laptop was on the login screen when i took it out and it shut down and wont come back

You'll have to determine if the RAM, the motherboard or both were damaged. Unless you have another laptop to test the RAM, it will be easier to bring it to a competent laptop shop to get it checked and fixed.
