Confused with the compatibility of motherboard and Gpu

Hello,

I am willing to buy gigabyte R7 250 2gb DDR5 Gpu is it compatible with intel DG31PR MOTHERBOARD?? Ram is 2*2GB = 4GB, Processor is core 2 duo E7400 2.8ghz. And Psu is 400 Watt.

No, I can't because there's no "good GPU for this motherboard". It depends on how much money you have to spend. But really for modern gaming the CPU is really weak so unless you plan to play very light games like League of Legends or Minecraft (assuming you'll be gaming on this PC) then you'd need a new CPU, motherboard and RAM as well. The R7 250 you were originally planning to get would work fine if you don't plan to upgrade anything else right now.
