I have an NZXT S340 and recently installed a Kraken X61. Two things to consider. One, the radiator placement will either be at the rear of the case or in one of the slots at the front(which I do not recommend). One thing to keep in mind is that by placing it at the rear of your case, depending on your motherboard, you may need to have super low profile memory, as that is the only way an X31 would fit in mine after doing the measurements. Unless you are overclocking, I recommend going with air cooling, and even with overclocking you can get a stable OC with air. The installation may be difficult(in my case I had to remove the front USB header connectors), so consider what water cooling is worth to you.
