Hello. I have a simple task that some network people can help me with.

I have a Ethernet over Wifi connection that is getting great connection to the computer while plugged in, this is from the Verizon hotspot connected via USB cable.

What I want, is to have this connection not just working for the laptop, but to share it to the built-in Ethernet post -> WAN port of a router so that other computers can access internet through router's LAN ports, something like this connection:

Through this router, I want to be able to access internet via the Router's Wifi and the LAN through the other four ports on the router.

What and how can I achieve this? Some of the options I may need to play with is the Internet Connection Sharing, setting the router WAN to static IP settings, and maybe some program use. Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks much for all help!

While it would require a new router purchase the easiest option is to buy a router that supports use of a Verizon hotspot -- a number of ASUS routers that I have used have such support.

If you decide to attempt to use your current router, you cannot use ICS to make the connection, as ICS sets up its own network and not flexible about it. You could try instead to use your Windows networking control panel to access both the wireless and wired adapters and bridge them.
