Solution
If your intention is to overclock the GPU and RAM then no additional cooling is needed. Though it wouldn't hurt to consider airflow inside your case.

1st then I guess I won't be overclocking the cpu
2nd I'm fine with them
3rd I was hoping to get as much as I could get out of the CPU GPU RAM but I guess just the RAM & GPU now

So do you have the CPU already?

There were a few motherboards that supported overclocking non-K Skylake CPU's. I think that AsRock or ASUS found the loophole first. However AsRock removed the feature shortly after releasing it. It's rumoured that Intel "convinced" them to remove the feature. I don't know that GigaByte ever had the feature, and if they did, I don't know if they still support it.

no I don't have the CPU yet just don't want to spend the extra 50$ or so for a K version

Fair enough. If the primary use for this system is gaming, then overclocking the CPU isn't going to net you much. That CPU is more than enough for most games. Though single threaded performance is important which means clockspeed is important, most games that push heavily on a single core, are usually older games that are going to perform well anyway.
