I'm not as familiar with AMD CPUs, haven't owned one in a few years, but those temperatures don't seem unreasonable to me with a modest heatsink like the CNPS5x.
How is your case airflow? Does the case get warm to the touch when you're loading it?

Yeah it's at stock speed and voltage.
My case airflow isn't the worst, but isn't great at all. It's a little clumped in there but enough room for ventilation.
When I'm playing a heavy duty game like rust when I touch the case, it is warm to the touch.
If the side of the case is getting warm, you can probably knock a few degrees off by improving airflow. Beyond that, a better CPU heatsink could further drop them, but if you don't intend to overclock, I don't see it as necessary.
