This is a weird issue. I added recently an old analog tv which has VGA output as a third monitor. I used a vga to DVI-I adapter. the other two display is a BenQ connected via DVI-D cable. and digital TV bravia through HDMI. those two always worked fine no problem.
but when the analog TV is turned on and I boot the computer, it doesn't even reach the beep. it just stays there for a while. if I cut the power to the TV reset, then it works. after boot I turn on the power. no issue.
