I am looking for the best graphics card for my computer for around 100$ as my Radeon R5 220 is just not cutting it. Thanks!

System Specs:
Msi H81M-P33 MoBo
Intel Core i5 4690k OC'd @ 4.3Ghz
4Gb Crucial Ballitix Ram (Upgrading to 8Gb soon).
Evga 500w PSU
Radeon R5 220 Graphics Card.

the mini 750 ti also has no power cables so that would work

if power cables are ok and you can strech your budget a little a gtx 950 can be found for 120-130 and it is a much stronger card than the 750 ti a 950 will give you 5-15fps better in games than a 750 ti
also have you considered saveing more money and getting a better card because your cpu is powerful and can handle any gpu but a overclocked titan x or 980 ti sli
