So, last year i've played MGS V Ground Zeroes and MGS V The Phantom Pain with just an i3 laptop with 1GB VRAM and 4GB RAM, both of the game runs well, eventhough my laptop was under the sys requrement.
Any of you know pc games in range of 2013 - 2016 that optimized well laike games above ? that can well play without met the sys requirements ?

Solution
Rig:
- GTX 950 SSC+ (no OC from me)
- Q6600 @ stock 2.4GHz
- 4GB DDR2 @ 800MHz

Mad Max - Ultra (60+ fps most times, some drops to 50s)
Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor - High (70+fps most times)
Bioshock Infinite - I was able to play on an old HD 3650 (256mb DDR3) 30-60 fps
The Forest - It's fairly well optimized (60+ fps high)
Stranded Deep - Can run on potatoes
Tomb Raider (2013) - HD 3650 medium settings (40+ fps)

i've read about mad max, lot of people suggested the same, but i doubt about shadow of mordor will runs well.
between Mass Effect 3 and Shadow of mordor, which one runs smoothly ?

Mass Effect 3 would definitely run better on weak laptop hardware, it's a very easy to run game that came out 4 years ago, and even back then it wasn't really on the cutting edge of graphical fidelity. Shadow of Mordor was designed to run on the new 8th generation consoles so it does need better hardware to run well compared to Mass Effect 3, though it is apparently quite scalable and runs well on a variety of systems.

Saints Row 3 & 4 are fairly well optimized games (and aren't too bad looking)
Killing Floor 2
Metro series (very fun & story-driven)
State of Decay
Guns of Icarus

State of Decay, Guns of Icarus, and SR 3&4 were able to run on "decent" settings using the old HD 3650.

i recomend killing floor2 & very well optimizd i play it on a i5 sandy 2.3 turbo 2.9 i can play most games & stepsons running most games on an asus sandy i3 2.2 Nvidia 520mx vid card 6 gig ram he was just managing to run the new Doom beta on steam & killing floor 2 saints row its cracked me up even prototype runs proves to a point where the opmisation & hardware settings & we run 10Pro makes a huge diffrence on 64 bit. Subnautica even runs the way i look @ is a gamble on recommended specs they always a variable try .Try Skyrim even COD 1& 2 runs 3 mite
