How many fan should i need?

I'm thinking of this fan system:
20cm fan(front intake),14cm fan(rear exhaust),2x14cm(top intake),2x12cm(bottom intake) or

20cm fan(front intake),14cm fan(rear intake),2x14cm(top intake),2x12cm(bottom exhaust)

front and bottom intake, rear and top exhaust! Never make bottom exhaust OR top intake, heat rises and cold air falls, simple as that.
