Hello ,I have problem on my PC after I changed my processor from E7500 Core 2 Duo to Q9400 this is my spec : Quad core Q9400 2.66GHz 2GB RAM 4GB GTS450 . First I used Core 2 Duo E7500 while I played my game it runs normal , but since I changed to Q9400 there's a problem . so I played(Arma 2) I look in downward or upward when there's no object it's run normal and got high fps. When I looked straight towards many object the fps drop around 15-20 and the sound of the game gets strutter, Previously on Dual Core that i used, It only drops few and there's no sound stuttering. When I played Fallout 4 , It runs normal. So i confused with my problem here dont know what do i have to do.
