I agree that a return under warranty is the best option but if the board cannot be returned he either tires to fix it or trashes it.
I've fixed a lot worse than what his picture shows. Whether he can fix it or not depends on his skill set. He asked if a fix is possible and yes a fix is possible.

I bought it used, i will make a dispute and try to get a refund from shipping company tomorrow, but anyway I would like to try and fix it, put it all back together, has anyone had any experience with this problem? How should i proceed?
Metal wires are bent underneath tho, and plastic is still holding firmly, how do i remove it nicely it so i can attempt to straith up bent pins?

You would need to remove the slot, straighten the pins and reinstall the slot and solder it back onto the board, it is not a job for a beginner.
If you do not have the experience I would ask a friend to give it a shot. You may find a local electronics shop that could do the job but I have no idea what it would cost.

Thanks for good will bro, but i'm on another continent :p
And postal services denied my claim, they said i should have complained the very moment i recieved a package from delivery guy (than they would just blame the guy who sent me it as i wouldn't pay the package) But shipping guys damaged it i'm 100% sure according to evident damage.

Failed project, thanks shipping company (HP EXPRESS in croatia)
