How to install drivers without wifi connection

Hi!
I've just reinstalled Windows 7 on my Lenovo G585 and all the drivers have been erased. I downloaded the drivers from my Dell Latitude and put them on a CD, but I can't run it as it isn't recognized. I can't download the drivers on my Lenovo notebook as the WLAN driver has been erased, like all others.
Do you know how I could run the CD?

Yes, it has an Ethernet port, but there is no driver so it won't recognize any device i connect, neither can I use a flash drive because the lack of a driver.

Actually, it didn't come with an OS. I bought Win 7 and installed it and then upgraded to 10, which my laptop just wasn't powerful enough to run, so I had loads of problems with graphics and such, so I reinstalled Windows 7.

Yeah, last time I installed the drivers from the original driver CD that I bought from Lenovo and it worked fine.
