Not even close, that card will breeze with your current i7. Which is the absolute best 'locked' Haswell CPU (with integrated graphics) for your socket 1150 board.
The best CPU that socket can hold would be the 4790K due to its 4GHZ clock speed and that the K version can be overclocked.
You'll be totally fine, enjoy the GPU.

The bottleneck in your configuration will be the 7850, but the system will certainly run just fine.

That CPU will feed your GPU with everything that can handle and it wont even work @ full capacity.
Yeah i will upgrade in the future, i'm just waiting for the R9 490X to come out, i don't want to upgrade GPU twice
And my HD 7850 is pretty good for now (i think) i'm happy with it so far it hasn't failed me yet 80% of the games run at medium-high settings with stable 60 FPS 1080P
