Hey there, orimac11.

Are you sure that the cloning process was successful? You can try running it again from scratch by following this tutorial:http://lifehacker.com/5837543/how-to-migrate-to-a-solid-state-drive-without-reinstalling-windows, to see if that fixes the issue. Do you get any specific error or something when you try to boot from your SSD?
Unfortunately sometimes the cloning process just can't happen and in these cases, the only solutions is a fresh install of your OS. However, you could still try to clone the OS via a different cloning program, to see if that helps.

Please let me know how it goes.

Toshiba 128GB SATA lll 6GB/S 2.5-Inch (7mm height) Solid State Hard Drive THNSNF128GCSS

Go ahead and try @geofelt's suggestion to see if it helps. However, if you still have no positive results I'd recommend that you try the drive with a different SATA port and different cables and repeat the cloning process, to see if the same thing happens again. You could also check if there's a firmware update available for the SSD and install it, or update/reset your BIOS/UEFI and see if the issue still persists.

It might be helpful to download na SSD diagnostic tool and test the drive for errors.
