If you have built just built the system and assembled all the parts, an it is the first time you have powered it up.
And the result is you get no display image on your monitor.
First of all check all of the power points from the 600w Psu are connected to the motherboard.
The 24 pin 12v ATX main power block.
And the E-ATX 12v eight pin power block from the Psu to the motherboard.
Next check that if fitting a Pci-e graphics card that the required six or eight pin 12v Pci-e power from the Psu is connected directly to the GTX 760 graphics card sat in the Pci-e card slot of the motherboard.
The next thing to check is that you have placed tram you have in the correct memory slots of the motherboard in the right order, and that they are firmly seated in the memory slots, and rotated at the correct orientation to allow them to fit correctly in the slots as they are keyed to try to prevent them form being put in the wrong way.
Bellow is the table I pulled for your motherboard on how the memory should be populated on the motherboard depending on how many ram sticks you have.
Memory slots.
DDR4_A2 --------DDR4_B2
Populated---------Populated
If you place the memory in any other slots than the ones stated above then sometimes the board is prevented from posting to the bios display screen.
When you first connect the system to the monitor use the on board video out put ports on the motherboard.
Enter the bios if it is displayed on the monitor.
And set the first graphics type to initialize, or to be used to Pci-e mode.
Save the settings before you exit the bios.
Connect the monitor video lead from the motherboard to the video output ports of the GTX 760 graphics card.
And then continue with any further bios changes you may need to change for setup of hard drive interfaces, and modes.
You have a bios jumper pin on the motherboard as well so you can default the bios at any time to factory defaults, to clear current settings.
There is a jumper that should always bridge two pins.
Pins 2_3 must be bridged for normal bios operation or the motherboard will not post or show the bios.
So double check the jumper pin is bridging pins 2 to 3.
Bellow is a link to the cpu support list of the motherboard and the cpu socket of it, check that the cpu you have is compatible or listed as supported.
