My friend's 2 year old HP ENVY Phoenix 810-072d Desktop PC has its 2TB Seagate failing and has bad sectors (15% health according to HDD Sentinel). I need to know the best cloning software that can clone (OS, programs, files, etc) HDD with bad sectors.
I read that EaseUS Partition can do this, any comments on that?
