need to pick a graphics card help

i have a Standard 240W PSU Active PFC and 4 GB RAm(i will add more) and and i7 procesor.
PLease tell me a good graphics card for this

UPDATE: I THINK MY PSU IS 180 WATTS NOW
just suggest a good one which i can play a few new games even on 720p low settings

You should probably get another PSU before even considering a new GPU as 240W isn't really enough to run any GPU.

With 240w you need to upgrade your PSU for anything I would call good. What games and resolution are you want to use?

i have intel hd 530 desktop intergrated graphics and i already play skyrim ac4 , fallout new vegas.. i want to play games like gta 5 and darkspouls 3

The msi gtx 750 ti will work as there is people with 240w psu's using it
