What cpu cooler is better?

Solution
dont waste money on water cooler for Skylake, they dont just cool great on air, they cool perfect
and a CM hyper 212 evo will even handle some overclocking just fine
you could even get a 75$ top of the line air cooler and it would prob cool the 6600K better than any water cooler at double teh price

You will see better temps in lower noise with water cooling. If that is worth extra money in your opinion go for it. But there will be very little to no performance benefit. Before buying check if you are getting the warranty with the water cooler. That water cooler comes with 3 years of warranty.

You can add another fan on the 212 EVO in a push pull configuration to increase cooling potential.

Remember you will need to install the radiator for the water cooler. This one requires two 120mm fan slot which is close together. And there is risk for leakage in water cooling.

EDIT: Personally i would go with 212 EVO and add an extra fan.

since many aircoolers perform better + quieter in a similar price/cheaper, over an AIO its not worth it, specially since how efficient Skylake cools
these days you really need some serious expensive AIO's to compete with quality air coolers, or custom water, which also ends up more expensive
no reason to go AIO unless caring for specific aesthetics

What do you think of this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835856028&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-VigLink2-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3821802&SID=inge4z0oe60035wt00053
or should I just stick with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9

if you are going to that price range you might as well jump to the Noctua, which is one of THE best air coolers out there

BUT, you can safely save teh money and use teh CM hyper 212 EVO, people have overclocked fine on that, so its good enough, for whats needed, if you wish to save some money

indeed, but also, there is really no reason to go to Noctua Nh-d15, its bigger, and heavier than the NH-d14 and the NH-d14 is just as perfect as teh 15, and teh nh-d14 is usually also a couple of bucks cheaper than teh 15 ;)

but agree, CM Hyper 212 EVO is enough
