This List Excludes All Peripherals Like Keyboard, Mice, Headphones, And Sound Systems.

If You Find An Issue With These Components Just Tell Me What Configurations I Should Use Though I Would Like To Stick With Nvidia And Intel.

Solution
Almost, and there a few suggestions that I have otehrwise. first off your motehrboard is LGA 1151 and your cpu is LGA 2011. You will need a X99 Motherboard with teh LGA 2011 socket. Here is one that I suggest in the similar price range to the board you had.

Otherwise your system will work, however has some unnecessary things that need to be revised.

To start, you do not need the Intel PCI NIC, unless this was a server that you were building that required multiple RJ-45 ports. All motherboards have built in NICs(network interface card) and it will be just fine.

Next you dont really need a external DAC/amp like the soundblaster one you showed here, unless you were using very high end headphones with high impedance.

The power supply is completley overkill and a waste of money, something in the 800w range would do you just fine. This is good for you.

Next up is teh cpu cooling, I see that you have posted 2 solutions, one a kit for a custom water loop and the other an all in one water cooling system. AS you dont seem to be experienced enought o be custom water cooling i would strongly recomnet doing with the all in one coolers. The one you listed isnt great and you would want something with more cooling capacity. I would say go with the H110i GTX

You are going to want an ssd to install the OS onto, here is a good one
Again you shouldnt really need that USB 3.0 card as the case will have at least 2 on the front, and the motherboard has 4 USB 3.0, 4 USB 2.0, and 2 USB 3.1. So you really shouldnt need that. Otherwise things look good and should be a very nice and powerful build.

The first issue I see here is your CPU and motherboard are mismatched. You have a LGA2011 cpu and an LGA1151 board. If you are set on that board, you will need to pick from the Skylake processors. The rest or your parts are fine, but I have a few questions.

1. You have a sound card that seems to have the same features as your mobo. Is there a specific reason you are buying that sound card?
2. Are you running two water cooling systems or are they just options?
3. 1500w power supply is a lot for what doesn't seem to be a power hungry computer, is that just for future proofing?
4. PCI transfer card? you can do this with the board and the Ethernet jacks are unneccesary

EDIT: Beat to the punch
