This is my parts list so far. Can somebody help me with what's missing. I want to get this up before August 30th.

Primary Drive: Intel Solid-State 750 Series 400GB (OS, Some File Storage and Some Programs)
CPU: Intel Core i7 Unlocked
MoBo: Gigabyte Z170XP-SLI
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16GB
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB
Liquid Cooling: Corsair Hydro Series H60
Power Supply: EVGA Supernova 850 G2
Case: IN WIN GR one
Windows 10 Home

Solution

With that GPU and how the upgrade pace has slowed in the processor world, this build will last you quite a bit of time.

That processor will not work with a Z170 motherboard. You need the i7-6700k. I would not liquid cool this processor unless you plan to overclock the hell out of it. A good air cooler is cheaper, safer, no maintenance, and will do fine for you.

Also that SSD is super overkill and over-priced for home use, you can use an M.2 drive like the Samsung 950 PRO, it will be cheaper and faster. You can get the 512gb version for a little more than the same price as that.

If you already have that processor you need a different motherboard.

Ok so you're going to need to return something, depending on what you want to do.

If you want to keep your processor, you need to buy this motherboard:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130770&ignorebbr=1

And then you need to return your memory and buy DDR3, such as:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231660&ignorebbr=1

OR

You can keep your memory, buy the motherboard you listed there, and then return the processor and buy:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117559&ignorebbr=1&cm_re=i7-6700k-_-19-117-559-_-Product

With either board I would recommend returning that SSD and buying this instead:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147467&ignorebbr=1&cm_re=samsung_950_pro-_-20-147-467-_-Product

Because of the interface you won't get the speed out of that Intel unless you bought the one that goes in a PCIe slot, in which case you are still better off with the 950 PRO.
