CPU is needed for stream! what you think is better guys ?
Also I think I need new motherboard cause new socket.. nothing know about them! what to choose ? )

Proofy

Admirable
i7 4790K is stronger and better performance but I guess much more money. You will need a cpu cooler and Z97 motherboard for that processor.

Xeon E3 1231 v3 is somewhat slower but won't need a cpu cooler nor Z97 motherboard.
If you have the money go for i7, if you want to save some then Xeon E3 1231 v3

Don't listen to AUnlikelyPotatoe he has no clue what Xeon E3 1231 v3 is capable of when it comes to gaming and streaming.

I would get Xeon E3 1231 v3 and save the money to buy new pascal GPU when it comes out GTX 1080 probably and sell R9 380, but hey if you have some money that you really want to spend like I said i7 4790K will give you best performance

TBH i7-6700K is about $30 more but is more futureproof with DDR4 ram so to conclude. Either save money to buy newer GPU and go with xeon or spend money on i7-6700K with Z170 motherboard and go for best future proof build.

An aftermarket cooler for the 4790k would probably be a good idea, depending on whether or not you oc it. It does come with a cooler however unlike the 6700k which comes with no stock cooler at all. The xeon isn't a bad value but it's definitely clocked lower. Performance costs money same with anything else. You also don't 'need' a z series motherboard unless you plan to overclock the 4790k. Out of the box it has faster clocks at stock than the i7 4790 without the k suffix (and in turn more speed out of the box than the xeon).

The xeon doesn't have 'more guts' simply because it carries the xeon name, the 4790k offers everything that the xeon does but with faster clocks and an integrated gpu. In this case, the 4790k has 'more guts' than a 1231v3 model but that's to be expected. It costs more. The 1231v3 is directly comparable to an i7 4770 (the 4770 is 100mhz faster with turbo boost). Similar speed range, both are locked cpu's and both have hyperthreading. If you're on a budget the xeon would be the better choice for value.
