My Windows 7 keeps crashing on me.

My HP Laptop keeps crashing often. All browsers do the same, only ridiculously more frequently. I got the last .dmp file, but Microsoft (shockingly) hasn't made this straight forward to open -and seek help. This system is so .... *^Æ?#¤&#!.. annoying!!!! All these bells and whisles in to get help in the OS....abslolutely USELESS!

Please help!

how old is d laptop?
when did u last install d os???
what r d particular instances of crashing???
in what way does it crash(freezing/bsod/etc)???

What do you exactly mean when crashing? Freezes? Errors? What is it?

how does it crash???
do u see a blue screen...or does it shut down or freeze maybe???
does it happen only during internet surfing or randomly any time???
when did u lasy install ur OS???
are your updates activated???
