Looking for a low budget graphics card that runs games at 1080 60FPS

I'm currently looking to build a gaming pc for around $800 and I need to find a graphics card in the $180 to $200ish range that will run most games like GTA V and Fallout 4 at 1080p 60 FPS I live in the US incase that is important. Thank you in advance

for that price range either get a cheap 960 if you can find one, or just get a 950. also look into a R9 380, as those are currently right around $200 and out perform or tie a 960.
