Looking at this, I have a nonstock GPU and PSU right now, Sapphire 7850 HD 1gb and a Thermaltake 650W 80+ certified respectively. Been trying to upgrade to a 4gb of VRAM GPU that'll work, don't gotta run new stuff on ultra, just run new stuff decently and comfortable for a decent price.

Ordered the MSI r7 370 and that didn't work, turns out it doesn't support legacy BIOS that I have, so I tried this:

http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-VAPOR-X-PCI-Express-Graphics-11240-12-20G/dp/B01B9LUPXU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1461638057&sr=8-1&keywords=Sapphire+370+vapor

Same thing, doesn't work, just goes right into power save mode and I know it's not the PSU. Tried that one in both BIOS modes as it supports Legacy and UEFI.

Swapping back to my 7850 HD and it still works, so I want to know if anyone knows if that Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti 4gb works on the 8300?

If not, anyone know something that will work? I want better than my 7850 HD obviously, 4gb of VRAM if at all possible without breaking the bank?

Would it work on the Dell XPS 8300 however? That's the biggest issue I face.

Nah, that ain't my motherboard that I have in it, it looks like this one:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Dell-XPS-8300-Vostro-460-Intel-LGA1155-Motherboard-0Y2MRG-DH67M01-Y2MRG-/261583246424

which is a model 0Y2MRG

And you say that one should work, but do you happen to see any reasons as to why this one wouldn't work?

http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-VAPOR-X-PCI-Express-Graphics-11240-12-20G/dp/B01B9LUPXU/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1461652400&sr=1-1&keywords=R7+370+vapor

because that's the one I tried recently and it's a no-go. I tried the MSI r7 370 before that but it turned out to not work with legacy BIOS but the Sapphire version does, but was still a no-go.

I'd like to be as clear as can be about whether something will work for my PC because if somethin' doesn't it's a waste of time and money.

But thanks for the time and help you're puttin' in, it is appreciated.
