Need suggestions to buy cooling system

Hi,

I am Vimal. I am an FX Artist

My Pc workstation config is -
Sabertooth 990FX R.2 MotherBoard
8150 Bulldozer Black Edition Processor
FirePro V5900 Graphic Card
4 x 4 Ram 16Gb DDR 3
650 watts Smps
Cooler Master 690 II Ad cabinet.

I need to buy an cooling system for my above cofig.

My question is, which cooling will be better? Liquid cooling or air cooling??

Please suggest me the best cooling system and it should support the above config and it should suit my cabinet. Else I will buy a new big cabinet. Suggest me a good big cabinet.

Also I do fear for liquid cooling system as it may leak and spoil other components.

I live in chennai (hot city) - Tamilnadu - India.

Water will perform better, cost more, and theres a chance for leaks. Air won't perform as well, wont be as likely to fail, and wont cost as much. Really up to you. get a good noctua air cooler. They perform very well.
