best two gpus for my cpu?

I agree, only the most basic of GPUs will be a suitable match for a 7600 and Crossfire is out of the question entirely.

I would say a single R9 380 or GTX 770 would be the fastest card I would recommend. Either will be held back by that CPU, but the nVidia GPU will lean on the CPU less so you can get away with a slightly higher-end GPU. Any faster and you'll probably see no improvement, and either is already into diminishing returns.
